Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days with all original packaging to qualify. For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed. Erin's Faces is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Please order a sample of an item if you're not sure of what color to get of a complexion item or if you'd like to check on a texture of a skincare item - we don't want you to be stuck with things you won't use!
In the case of a damaged shipment, please either refuse delivery of the item or send a photo of the damaged product along with a message detailing the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll do our best to resolve any problems in a timely manner. If you chose to refuse shipment we will refund the full price of your order but cannot refund the shipping cost.
