Signing Up For An Account
You will automatically be asked to create an account during your first purchase - once you're done you will be given the option to create a password and all of your information will be saved.
If you'd like to create an account before that you can look at the top left corner and click where it says "Sign Up" and you can create your account that way.
Do You Test On Animals?
No we do not, we are certified by PETA as a cruelty-free line.
Do you have vegan products?
We do! Most of our skincare/bodycare is vegan with the exception of the Gentle Milk Cleanser and Silk Cream. If something IS vegan it will say so with the PETA symbol on the product page. Some of our makeup is not vegan however, with the exceptions of the Mineral Foundation, Mineral Sheer Tint, Aloe Setting Powder, Magic Dust, Fairy Dust and upcoming concealer which are vegan.
Are your products Certified Organic?
Our Peppermint, Coconut & Lemonade Lip Balms are USDA Certified Organic. Otherwise, we use some ingredients that are sourced as organic but they are not certified. Read more about it HERE.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable sales tax (for NJ State) will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.
- Notify Erin's Faces within 30 days of receipt of any product you wish to return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Products must be shipped back within 14 days of the return authorization date.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
- All returned items must be in unused, original condition for resale.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed. Erin's Faces is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Please order a sample of an item if you're not sure of what color to get of a complexion item or if you'd like to check on a texture of a skincare item - we don't want you to be stuck with things you won't use!
In the case of a damaged shipment, please either refuse delivery of the item or send a photo of the damaged product along with a message detailing the issue to email@example.com. We'll do our best to resolve any problems in a timely manner. If you chose to refuse shipment we will refund the full price of your order but cannot refund the shipping cost.
