 A TRIP TO THE THEATRE

I got to go and see my friend and longtime Erin's Faces supporter, Emily Borromeo, in The Sound of Music at Papermill Playhouse here in NJ.  She played Elsa and was perfection!  You can see her on our homepage right now 😊

INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT

Every month one of our team gives a short presentation on an ingredient of their choice and this month Sylvana shared what she learned about Matcha, used in our Matcha Mascara (it's great for strengthening lashes).  She also brought the dried gourd her father drank matcha from when she was a child in Lebanon - it was really neat!

NEW SHOPS!

Two new shops are now carrying some Erin's Faces goodies!  Shimmer in New Bedford, MA, & Naturally on Main in Forest City, NC.  Both now carry our Fruit Smoothie Lip Glosses & other makeup happiness.  It's always exciting when we get a new shop so we're really happy to be partnering with these two awesome stores.  Click HERE to see if we have a Stockist near you!

BOOK OF THE MONTH

Each month we read a book together & set aside time to talk about it the last Wed of the month.  This month's book was The Wisdom of Sundays: Life-Changing Insights from Super Soul Conversations by Oprah Winfrey (with many assorted guests).  We all agree that this book is something you should go through slowly as each page has a strong nugget to think on.  This line from Dr. Gerald G. Jampolsky was especially resonant for me:

TRAVELING TO SEE FAMILY

I got to go to Florida two weekends in a row, both for family trips and both very special.  My brother, Jon, is now the Captain of the USS St. Louis in the Navy & I got to go for his Change of Command Ceremony which was pretty incredible.  Also incredible is my grandmother, June, who turned 100 in January & I went to celebrate her birthday.  I wrote a blogpost about lessons I learned from her HERE.

I'M REACHING FOR THIS

My face gets dry in the winter & most moisturizers break me out.  Our Tamanu Oil saves my bacon y'all!  My skin is so soft & some nights I even apply it head to foot after my shower.  I'm INTO IT.
