Signing Up For An Account
You will automatically be given the option of creating an account after your first purchase - once you're done you will be given the option to create a password and all of your information will be saved.
If you'd like to create an account before that you can look at the top left corner and click where it says "Sign Up" and you can create your account that way.
$10 Free Credit Referral Program
If you like free money this is totally your gig - for every three NEW clients you refer to Erin's Faces who make a purchase you get a $10 Credit. Just have your friends write your name in the "Tell us about any special instructions" section of their Shopping Cart. That's it! We'll keep track and once you get three we'll email you your $10 credit code. There's no limit to how many times you can do it so start sharing your favorite products with your friends!
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday and will be delivered by USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. If there is a delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email.
At this time we only ship to the United States but we're working on adding Canada!
For orders $5-$150 shipping/handling is $8.00
For orders $150-250 shipping/handling is $10.95
For orders $250-350 shipping/handling is $13.95
For orders $350 and over shipping/handling is free
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable sales tax (for NY State) will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.
Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days with all original packaging to qualify. For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.
Please order a sample of an item if you're not sure of what color to get of a complexion item or if you'd like to check on a texture of a skincare item - we don't want you to be stuck with things you won't use!
In the case of a damaged shipment, please either refuse delivery of the item or send a photo of the damaged product along with a message detailing the issue to email@example.com. We'll do our best to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
